I am pretty much a baby when it comes to going to the dentist. I was very nervous going to a new office and I didn't know what to expect. From the minute I walked in, I felt very comfortable and knew I had made the right choice. The Front Desk staff was super friendly and made me feel very at ease. When the assistant came and sat me in the back-I told her I was a bit nervous and she made me feel very comfortable. She was friendly and easy to talk to and was gentle when taking the X-rays. Then Dr. Kosta came in and introduced himself and he was very friendly and personable. After my exam he explained things very thoroughly and even took pictures of my teeth and showed me what he was talking about. I have never had that done at the dentist before and it really made me see how thorough he checked for stuff and much it meant that I understood my own treatment needs. I have to say it was the best cleaning I have ever had and he was super gentle. This was by far the best experience I've ever had and I would highly recommend Dr. Kosta to everyone who is looking for a great experience at the dentist :)

February, 2009 This letter serves to praise Dr. Konstantinos Proussaefs, DDS - ?Dr. Kosta?- and his staff for the service my family has received. My first experience with Dr. Kosta was because another dentist had put veneers on my front two teeth and after multiple visits back to that dentist, they still were discolored and causing pain. Dr. Kosta?s staff was attentive and courteous and I was seated in a dental chair within 10 minutes of my arrival at his office after I filled out the ?New Patient? paperwork. After being seated in the dental chair, Office Manager Kelly asked me a few additional questions and entered the information into my chart. Jasmine, the doctor?s assistant, came in and took x-rays with great care as she was aware of the pain the teeth had been causing me. Dr. Kosta stepped into the room and introduced himself and made me feel welcome before he discussed the treatment. After he reviewed the x-rays he determined the veneers had been compromised by contamination when they were initially placed. He then explained the course of treatment to me very thoroughly and after a few additional appointments in Dr. Kosta?s office I now have ?movie star? front teeth. The doctor?s assistant, Jasmine, was efficient and knowledgeable explaining at interims everything the doctor was doing in the process of the treatment. Upon finishing the procedure and being given all the follow-up care instructions, I then spoke with Kelly who gave me an Rx for antibiotics and booked my follow up appointments with care and efficiency. In follow up appointments I have had other procedures done, all of which were painless and resulting in an excellent outcome. I want to express my thanks to Dr. Kosta and his staff for helping me through the legendary fear of ?dental treatment?! Now both my husband and son are also patients of Dr. Kosta?s and he and his staff are highly respected and well liked by all of us. Sincerely, Bright White Smile
